09:00 pm:  I feel so much like a failure. I was so satsified that I lost 2 pounds since last week, but I want to keep losing, but I just keep chewing and spitting all this food. This week, I'm only eating breakfast of milk and cereal. That's all.

11:47 am: 109 .5 this morning!
 I'm pretty satisfied because that means I've lost 2 pounds in one week. Hopefully, I can repeat that next week. I'll weigh myself again after this weekend, on Monday morning. I know a lot of people hate the weekends, but usually they can be good for me. I really only binge and purge like crazy on the weekends when i know my roommate will be gone. But this weekend, everyone's here anyway because it's homecoming.

10:47 pm:  Ok, so tomorrow I have to weigh myself when I wake up. I just dread thatthe number is going to go up from what it was the last time I weighed myself. That was on Monday and I was 111. I want to be down to 107 when I go home for Thanksgiving Break. I don't think anyone will notice because that's what I was when I first came home for summer break. By now, my whole family is used to me being small anyway. I think I can do it... well, maybe. 4 pounds- I don't know... bu I want to believe I can. I think that's the first step.

10:41 pm: The people in the apartment next door are driving me CRAZY... a bunch of pi phi's with guys over being SOOOOO loud. I just want to go to sleep so I can get over my allergies!!

hey everyone.. so I'm new here and really have no clue how it all works. I really love the support I see through everyone here though. I hope I can benefit...
After looking at posts, I guess I'm should declare my stats too:

I don't eat much... mostly milk and cereal, and yogurt or salad. I like sparkling water because it fills me up nicely. I have a problem with bingeing and purging... only it's not the traditional kind of purging. I chew food and then spit it out.. it's become an awful habit. Has anyone else gone through that? Let me know, PLEASE.. I need a way to stop!!
